COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT IS STARTING
SHAPE THE NEW LOCAL PLANNING STRATEGY AND SCHEME
The Shire of York is preparing a new Local Planning Strategy and Local Planning Scheme. These planning documents provide the long term vision, goals and objectives to guide and control future land use and development in the Shire.
You can get involved and shape the strategy in a few ways.
Visit the Shire’s website and complete a survey. Or, come along to one of our community information sessions. Drop in to the Town Hall anytime between 5pm and 7pm on Thursday 23rd November or between 10am and 12pm on Saturday 25th November to speak directly with the project team about your ideas for the future of land use and development in York.
