Thank You York Cemetery Busy Bee Volunteers

 The Shire thanks all volunteers who assisted with the recent Cemetery Busy Bee in May.

With assistance received from the community weeding of gravesites, removal of green waste and general tidying up along the internal roads was completed.

Special thanks to the York Archives who provided morning tea for volunteers assisting with the clean up on Mother’s Day. 

Due to the high level of interest received, another busy bee is planned to occur in September to coincide with Father’s Day. Detailed information will be included in future Community updates.
