Weed Eradication Program

 Following recent rains, the Shire of York will now commence weed eradication spraying to the following areas;

• footpaths, kerb lines and public access ways,
• main open drains and rural roadside
  shoulders, and;
• drains and verges throughout the Shire.

Spraying will be conducted under strict supervision and guidelines.

The Shire acknowledges the feedback received from residents who have elected to be exempt from the spraying program.

Please note that there are conditions and guidelines attached to exempting your property that need to be adhered to.
