Payment Methods – Rates and Charges

Phone Payments

• Payment can be made by telephoning the Shire of York office on (08) 9641 0500 between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Please have your rates notice with you when paying by phone.
• Visa and Mastercard only.

BPay

• The Shire of York Biller Code is 268508.
• Your BPay Customer Reference Number can be found on the bottom of your annual rate notice, or can be provided by contacting the Shire of York Rates Officer.

Mailed Payments

• Payments can be mailed to the Shire of York at PO Box 22, York WA 6302.
• Please include the payment slip at the bottom of your rates notice.
• Cheques or money orders should be made payable to the Shire of York.
• The slip also has an authority to make payment with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).

In Person

• Payments can be made in person at the Shire of York administration office at 1 Joaquina St, York WA 6302.
• 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday .
• Payments can be made by EFTPOS, cheque, money order or cash.

Direct Bank Deposit

• Payment can be made directly to the Shire of York bank account.
