PROPOSED PARTIAL CLOSURE OF MURPHY STREET, GREENHILLS

It is HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Shire of York intends to proceed with a partial closure of an unmade road reserve known as Murphy Street, Greenhills for amalgamation into adjoining Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 on Deposited Plan 2922. 

Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Council Administration Office, 1 Joaquina Street, York, between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm or here.

Submissions are invited on the proposal and must be submitted to the Shire of York in writing on or before 4.00pm 6 August 2018.
