APM, delivering the NDIS in the York community
If you or someone you care for is a participant of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or needs help accessing disability support our Local Area Coordinators (LACs) can help.
LACs help people with disability, NDIS participants, families and carers to identify and access the support they need.
This includes helping you to realise your individual goals and aspirations by connecting you to community and mainstream services.
LACs also work with these services and organisations to be more inclusive and supportive of people with disability.

- Accessing mainstream and community support
- Increasing your independence
- Making positive changes to enjoy a better life
