Age friendly Community Plan Reference Group Expression of Interest
The Shire of York proposes to develop and Age-friendly Community Plan supported by a grant from the Department of Local Government and Communities.
The Shire of York is seeking expressions of interest from the community to be part of the Age-friendly Community Plan Reference Group.
The Reference Group will work with Shire Officers and the engaged consultants to prepare an Age-Friendly Community Plan and to encourage community input & feedback. The closing date for nominations is
