Classical guitarist Don Neander returns to York this year on the 4th May 2018 to perform a program of selected works for the classical guitar.
Lovers of classical guitar music will have the opportunity to listen to a wide repertoire ranging from the renaissance period through until the 20th Century. The recital will be held in the beautiful stone chapel of York Unity Church which has wonderful acoustics and lends itself beautifully to acoustic instruments.
The program will consist manly of traditional classical guitar repertoire with works by Bach, Sor, Albeniz, Barrios, Villa Lobos, Lauro and others.
The recital starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets for adults $20 and concession $15.
Venue: York Uniting Church, corner of Grey St and Centennial Drive.
