In accordance with Section 5.5(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday 19 October 2021 in the Council Chambers, York Town Hall, Avon Terrace, York commencing at 5.00pm.
The purpose of the meeting will be to swear in the Councillors-elect and elect the Shire President and Deputy Shire President.
The meeting is open to the public and community members are encouraged to attend. The meeting agenda will be available on the Shire’s website and from the Shire Administration Office prior to the meeting.
