Current Draft Policies 

DRAFT LOCAL PLANNING POLICIES: OUTBUILDINGS IN R-CODED AREAS & OUTBUILDINGS IN RURAL AREAS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of York has prepared the above-mentioned draft Local Planning Policies: Outbuildings in R-Coded Areas & Outbuildings in Rural Areas.

The Shire of York is planning to replace the existing Local Planning Policy – Outbuildings in Residential Zones with two new Outbuilding’s policies. These policies, Outbuildings in R-Coded Areas and Outbuildings in Rural Areas are designed to reduce red tape and speed up the application process for Sheds in the Shire of York.

Submissions on the draft policies can be lodged in writing with the undersigned on or before the 29 October 2021 and should include the name and contact details of the submitter and details of the submission.
