Facility Booking - Collection Notice
The Shire of York collects personal information in order to process and manage facility hire bookings, communicate with hirers regarding their booking, and ensure compliance with relevant terms, conditions, and insurance requirements.
We may share information relating to your booking with relevant departments within the Shire of York for the purpose of assessing, coordinating, and managing your booking request and any associated requirements.
