LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT

SHIRE OF YORK TOWN PLANNING SCHEME NO. 2 – AMENDMENT NO. 50

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with Section 87(3) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of York Planning Scheme Amendment No. 50 on the 12^th day of March 2018.

Scheme Amendment No. 50 is an omnibus amendment which modified both scheme text and maps.

The amendments are grouped into 5 categories:

Interpretations
Zoning Table
Textual Changes
Reserved Land
Individual Properties
