Following Council’s decision at its September 2023 Ordinary Meeting to enter a Deed of Company Arrangement (150923) for the provision of a CRC service, new fees and charges were adopted at the October 2023 Ordinary Meeting to allow the Shire CRC to provide a similar level of service to that previously offered to the community via the York CRC Inc.
