It is HEREBY NOTIFIED for public information and comment that the Shire of York has received an application to develop land for the purpose described hereunder.
LAND DESCRIPTION ADDRESS: Lot 4 (142) Avon Terrace, York
PROPOSAL: Demolition of Old ‘York Home Hardware’ Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire of York office or on the Shire's website.
Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire of York in writing on or before 4.00pm Wednesday 15 February 2023.
