Special Council Meeting - CEO Recruitment Process

In accordance with Section 5.5(2) of the Local Government Act 1995 notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday 2 December 2025 in the Council Chambers, First Floor York Town Hall, Joaquina Street, York commencing at 8.00am.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the:
- Process and Timeline of the Recruitment and Selection Process for the Chief Executive Officer
- Appointment of Elected Members to the CEO Selection Panel, Selection Panel Terms of Reference and Expression of Interest for Independent Member
- Request for Quote - Consultancy Services to Facilitate the Recruitment and Selection of a Chief Executive Officer
The meeting is closed to the public in accordance with Section 5.23(a) of the Local Government Act 1995 as it deals with a matter affecting an employee.
