Approx 7.00 am Breakfast at the RSL Hall, 164 Avon Terrace, York.

1: Forming up point 10.30 am at the RSL Hall, Avon Terrace, York
2: March off 10.45 am
3: Arrive at the War Memorial 10.58 am (War Memorial located on Railway St, York)
4: Ceremony commencement 11.00 am
5: Ceremony concludes 12.00 mid-day (approx)
6: Lunch & refreshments at the RSL, Avon Terrace from 12.30pm
