SHIRE DISAPPOINTED WITH LANDFILL DECISION
The Shire of York is disappointed with the decision of the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) handed down on 30 November 2018 to approve an extension of time to the applicant to substantially commence development of the proposed waste disposal facility at Allawuna within the general agriculture zone of the Shire.
The Shire is currently obtaining advice in regard to the SAT decision and will issue further information about this in the coming days. If you have any questions about this matter please contact the Shire on 9641 2233.
