SHIRE OF YORK - NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION

 

Pursuant to Schedule 6.3 of the Local Government Act 1995 the Shire of York is offering up for sale by public auction three properties for non-payment of outstanding rates or service charges.

• Lot 100 Allen Rd, Greenhills - Vacant Land
• Lot 51 (20) Bouverie Rd, York - Vacant Land 
• Lot 18, 125 Avon Tce, York - Strata Unit

The auction is to be held outside the front of the Shire of York administration office, at 1 Joaquina St, York at 1:30pm on 1 September 2018.
