Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Shire of York has prepared the above mentioned local law for application.
The Purpose of the proposed Shire of York Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2018 is to restrict and prohibit certain activities on local government property and review the modified penalties.
The Effect of the proposed Shire of York Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2018 is to control the use of local government property and create offences for inappropriate behaviour in or on local government property.
Obtaining documentation
The proposed local law is available for inspection at the Shire of York Administration Centre, 1 Joaquina Street, York, during business hours (8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday). The proposed local law is also available here
Deadline for public comments
Submissions should be lodged by the close of business 4.30pm (WST) on Friday 18 January 2019.
Written submissions on the document may be made in writing and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of York, PO Box 22, YORK WA 6302 or via email to records@york.wa.gov.au.
