It is HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Shire of York proposes to name an ‘un-named road’ ‘Wiseman Retreat’ and submit to Landgate for approval. The subject road is located approximately 1.2km east of the intersection of Clifton Road and Talbot Road, Talbot. In the event that the first name does not meet the criteria of the Landgate Policies and Standards for Geographical Naming in Western Australia 2017, the following names are proposed to be used in the following order; Pettit, Sargent, Maclachlan.
Details of the proposal (including a site plan, and rationale for the road names) are available for inspection at the Council Administration Office, 1 Joaquina Street, York, between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm or click here.
Submissions are invited on the proposal and must be submitted to the Shire of York in writing on or before 4.00pm Thursday 6th December 2018. A submission form is available here.
