Key Responsibilities
Depending on the area of placement, duties may include:
- Delivering professional and responsive customer service to residents, visitors and community members.
- Providing administrative support, including document preparation, record management, data entry and correspondence.
- Assisting with reception, enquiries, bookings and general office administration.
- Supporting community, tourism, visitor information and museum services.
- Providing administrative support to operational teams and service delivery areas across the organisation.
- Maintaining accurate records and information systems in accordance with organisational requirements.
- Contributing positively to a collaborative, customer-focused and safe working environment.
