IMPOSITION OF FEES AND CHARGES
The Shire of York intends to impose the following fees and charges not imposed as part of its budget:
- Temporary Accommodation Application Fee $300.00
The reason for imposing these fees and charges is that Council resolved to adopt amended Health Policy H3 – Temporary Accommodation at the Ordinary Meeting of Council held on 24 February 2026, which included the introduction of a new application fee.
It is proposed that these fees and charges will apply on and from 25 March 2026.
