The Shire of York advises that York Community Resource Centre (CRC) customer services will temporarily relocate to the Shire of York Administration Office from Tuesday 13 October 2026.
The relocation will allow the Shire to consolidate resources while maintaining important community services, with the added benefit of expanded CRC service hours.
Temporary Closure: Monday 12 October
The CRC will be closed to the public on Monday 12 October to allow for relocation preparations.
CRC customer services will recommence from the Shire Administration Office on Tuesday 13 October.
Expanded CRC Service Hours
As part of the temporary arrangements, CRC customer services will be available Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.00pm.
The new arrangements will provide increased access to CRC services from a central location.
Services Australia
Services Australia access will continue by appointment only, Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 11.00am.

Lumen Hub
The Lumen Hub will remain accessible to students during the temporary relocation.
Students should contact the CRC or their Lumen representative to arrange access.

CRC Hireable Spaces
CRC hireable spaces will remain available, and existing bookings will be honoured.
Bookings can continue through SpaceToCo, with access arrangements coordinated by the CRC team.
